The surgery will involve a general anaesthetic, and usually an overnight stay in the luxurious surroundings of London’s Welbeck Hospital. During your operation small cuts will be made from inside of your nostrils to remove bone and cartilage and re-shape the nose. If you want a smaller nose made bigger, a procedure known as augmentation rhinoplasty, your surgeon may take extra bone and cartilage to build up your nose shape.
