Well, it’s that time of year again. The woolly jumpers have come out and the high streets are rammed with shoppers trying to score those last-minute deals, which can only mean one thing: it’s Christmas! We can hardly believe this year has gone by so fast. So, with 2018 on its way out, let’s take a look back at the year Aesthetic Skin Clinic has had:

2018 has been all about you. All the way back in January we released two blogs where we took a look at mindfulness and how to make this year your year. We don’t just aim to help people look their best; we want you to feel great on the inside, too. From your physical health, to your dreams and ambitions, we hope 2018 was good to you.

Aside from offering advice and guidance on all of our cosmetic treatments, we at Aesthetic Skin Clinic like to dive right into the discussions and controversies surrounding cosmetic surgeries. That’s why this year we explored the idea of Snapchat dysmorphia and took a look a t the role celebrities play in encouraging people to opt for cosmetic procedures, exploring the pros and cons of each side of the discussion.

From lip fillers to breast reduction, we have kept you updated on everything you need to know about our procedures, from what you need to consider about getting them done, to frequently asked questions, all the way through to the recovery process.

Back in October, our very own Dr John Curran had the honour of being invited to attend the Aesthetic Medicine Congress in Dubrovnik, a unique scientific congress giving the low down on everything going on currently in the industry. He had a wonderful time and enjoyed being amongst over 200 delegates, all of whom share his passion for aesthetic medicine.
