Minor Surgery: Cautery

Many lumps and blemishes can be removed in the surgery with minimal discomfort, excellent healing and no scarring. Depending on the lesion to be removed, various minimally invasive techniques can be used.

Simple flat moles and skin tags may not require cutting. Having been removed using cautery they can be treated as mild superficial burns, and will take up to 10 days to heal.
